This image shows: 400 Gbit/in.2 laboratory demonstration on a Co/Pt multilayer film. A stream of bits is recorded that is spaced only 38 nm apart. The MFM image barely resolves the individual domains. Still, it reveals that the bits are written clearly and reproducibly
