As Chief Technologist for the Systems Group, he has consistently demonstrated leadership in technology development, qualification, and product bringup. In particular, Dr. Crabbé's work in leading the process development team that designed and implemented the 65-nanometer process resulted in the successful general availability of the eClipz POWER6 system in June 2007. His work in this area has led directly to the POWER6 systems boasting the world's highest frequency of operation.
